My name is Carolyn Dean; I am 36 years old and live in the Stamford Brook / Timperley area of Cheshire. I have worked with children for 20 years and enjoy caring for and educating children immensely.

Previously I have worked as an Early Years Teacher, KS1 Teacher and KS2 Teacher. I have also worked as a Nursery Nurse, Play worker, Nanny and Mother and Baby Unit Officer. I take a great deal of pleasure from providing stimulating activities for children and seeing them succeed and achieve their full potential. 

E.Y.F.S Requirements and Ofsted stipulate that as a childcare provider I must keep to the adult: child ratios apart from in exceptional circumstances and where permission has been obtained from Ofsted to do so. Overnight care is permitted and I try to be flexible to meet the childcare needs of parents.
I am a member of the National Childminding Association. All of my policies and procedures can be viewed online and I strive to maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing environment that provides inclusive, stimulating activities for children of every stage of development.
